BUMA is a coding and STEM learning platform built to make technology education fun, accessible, and meaningful for children and teens — regardless of their background or circumstances.
Through interactive, game-like tools designed for young learners, BUMA teaches the foundations of coding, logical thinking, and problem-solving. Our block-based programming environment requires no prior reading or writing skills, making it approachable for even our youngest students, while our typing and creative tools help build essential digital literacy along the way.
A Platform Built With a Purpose
We believe every child deserves the chance to discover their passion for technology and creativity — not just those who can afford it. That's why BUMA is offered completely free to nonprofit organizations, community centers, and charities working with children from underserved communities. Our goal is to close the digital divide and equip the next generation with 21st-century skills, one child at a time.
Built By Kids, For Kids
BUMA isn't just designed for children — it's being shaped by them. We're building a youth think tank made up of the kids and teens who use our platform, so they can share real feedback and help guide how BUMA grows. We believe the best learning tools are built with young people, not just for them.
What's Next
Coding is just the beginning. As BUMA grows, we're expanding into new areas of learning — including math, space exploration, and English language skills — all with the same playful, hands-on approach that makes learning feel like an adventure.
BUMA is a product of Ahdaf Consulting and Training.
